The company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Department was constituted right from the inception of company with the objective to serve its key stakeholder - the community, and ever since, the company has driven several initiatives that are creating multi-fold impact on the community.

Since its incorporation, TPCODL has been focused on the holistic development of underprivileged communities. Through its community-centric initiatives, the company has consistently demonstrated social responsibility, which forms an integral part of TPCODL's vision statement.

To empower communities especially vulnerable sections in our operational areas by providing/creating avenues of education, skill, knowledge, and employability along with ensuring their well-being through direct and in-direct interventions in partnership with Tata Group, Government & National and International Organizations.
Our corporate social responsibility initiatives are based on four broad 'E's and at every step, we are guided by our founder Jamsetji Tata words "In a free enterprise, the community is not just another stakeholder in our business, but it is in fact, the very purpose of its existence" that capture the Tata ethos.
