TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL) is a Joint Venture of Tata Power and Government of Odisha with the majority stake being held by Tata Power Company (51%). TPCODL serves a population of 1.36 Crore with Customer Base of 34.06 Lakh and a vast Distribution Area of 29,354 Sq. Km.
TPCODL has been rated as A+ in the 14th Annual Integrated Rating & Ranking: Power Distribution Utilities by Ministry of Power, Government of India. The Tata Power Company Limited, a vertically integrated power company and part of the¿Tata Group, India’s largest multinational business conglomerate, has built a diversified portfolio across the entire power value chain, with its total operational and under-construction capacity surpassing 26 GW.
